1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the website https://astrosanatan.in/ (the "Website") or any consultation services offered by Astrosanatan, including live calls/video consultations, chat-based consultations, and written/PDF astrology reports (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User," "Client," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and Services immediately.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • "Astrologer" refers to the individual practitioner operating this Website, who personally provides all consultation services. Astrosanatan does not operate as a marketplace or platform hosting third-party astrologers; all Services are rendered directly by the Astrologer.

  • "Consultation" means any live call, video call, chat session, or report-based reading booked through the Website.

  • "Session" means a scheduled Consultation between the Astrologer and the Client.

  • "Fees" means the amount charged for any Consultation or Service.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES AND DISCLAIMER

3.1 Astrology is a traditional belief system and practice. The Services offered are for guidance, spiritual and self-reflection purposes only. They are based on the Astrologer's personal knowledge, interpretation, and experience of astrological principles.

3.2 The Company makes no scientific claims, guarantees, or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or outcome of any prediction, reading, remedy, or advice provided during a Consultation.

3.3 The Services must not be treated as a substitute for, professional medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, psychological, or investment help. Users experiencing medical, mental health, legal, or financial distress should consult a qualified, licensed professional in that field.

3.4 Any remedies suggested (gemstones, rituals, pujas, lifestyle changes, etc.) are voluntary and undertaken entirely at the User's own discretion. The Astrologer will not pressure or mandate the purchase of any remedy, product, or third-party service.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND USE BY MINORS

4.1 The Services are generally intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

4.2 Users under the age of 18 may use the Services only with the verified consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. In such cases:

  • The parent/guardian must be reachable or present during the Consultation;

  • The parent/guardian is solely responsible for authorizing and making any payment on behalf of the minor;

  • The parent/guardian warrants that they have full legal authority to consent on the minor's behalf and to enter into this agreement;

  • The Company reserves the right to request proof of guardian consent and may refuse or cancel a booking if such consent cannot be reasonably verified.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

5.1 To book a Consultation, you will be required to provide accurate personal details including name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, contact number, and email address. This information is essential for the Astrologer to provide accurate readings.

5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5.3 You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect information provided by the User.

6. BOOKING, SCHEDULING, FEES, AND PAYMENT

6.1 Consultations must be booked in advance through the Website via the available booking system, selecting a preferred mode (audio call or video call).

6.2 Fees for each type of Consultation will be displayed on the Website at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will honor the price paid at the time of booking.

6.3 Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways integrated with the Website (e.g., Razorpay, or similar providers, as enabled from time to time). The Company does not store your card or banking credentials; such information is handled directly by the respective payment processor in accordance with their own security standards and privacy policies.

6.4 All Fees are quoted in [Indian Rupees] (INR), and applicable currency conversion charges for international Users are borne by the User.

6.5 The Company will issue payment confirmation via email upon successful booking.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

7.1 Client-initiated cancellation: If client cancels a booked session then they are not eligible for a refund, except at the Astrologer's sole discretion.

7.2 Technical issues: If a Session cannot proceed due to a technical issue on the Company's or Astrologer's end (e.g., connectivity failure, platform malfunction, non-availability of the Astrologer), the Client will be offered the choice of: (a) rescheduling the Session at no additional cost, or (b) receiving a 100% refund.

7.3 Client leaves mid-session: If a Session has commenced and the Client voluntarily disconnects, ends the call/chat early, or otherwise leaves before the scheduled duration concludes, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling in such cases is solely at the discretion of the Astrologer, who will consider the reason provided by the Client before deciding whether to offer an alternative slot.

7.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or the Client's bank/card issuer and are outside the Company's control once initiated.

7.5 All refund and rescheduling requests must be raised by emailing astroashishpmishra@gmail.com with the booking details.

8. RESCHEDULING BY THE COMPANY

The Astrologer reserves the right to reschedule a Session due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, technical failure, etc.), in which case the Client will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new slot or a full refund, at the Client's choice.

9. CLIENT CONDUCT

9.1 Users agree not to:

  • Use abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward the Astrologer;

  • Record, reproduce, or distribute any part of a Consultation without prior written consent;

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;

  • Misrepresent their identity, age, or the information provided for the reading.

9.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate a Session immediately, without refund, in cases of abusive conduct, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Astrologer agrees to treat all personal information and matters discussed during a Consultation as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety of the Client or others (e.g., disclosures suggesting risk of harm to self or others).

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 All content on the Website — including text, logos, graphics, audio, video, and the "Astrosanatan" name and branding — is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without prior written permission.

11.3 Any recording, notes, or report provided to a Client during a Consultation is for the Client's personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the specific Consultation giving rise to the claim.

12.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or personal decisions made in reliance on a Consultation.

12.3 The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment gateway failures, or force majeure events (see Section 14).

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrosanatan, its owner, and any representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any applicable law.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, government restrictions, or other events of force majeure.

15. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including sensitive details such as date, time, and place of birth. By using the Services, you consent to such collection and use as described therein.

16. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any User who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform, without prior notice and without any obligation to refund fees already paid (except where a refund is otherwise due under Section 7).

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by the Company on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrosanatan regarding the use of the Services.
